"Plug and Play" - the converted Reebok
Titles are not chaptered.
This means you put it in your dvd player and it just runs with
no menu selection.
There have been reports of an exception - The Power
Workout seems to present a menu, but there's only one chapter
listed. That's the entire thing so just select and play!
You can fast forward thru all the commercials
in the beginning, but if you know more about your player than
most, you can mark your own spots with bookmarks.
DVD Compatibility
In the past with several titles that were sold,
there were issues with compatibility. Some of these "short runs"
were done in the DVD-R format - a money saver - but a problem
on the consumer end for customers with older players and certain
brands.
We primarily use glass mastered replicated DVDs
with little to no compatibility issues. However, with the progression of technology and decreasing issues with compatiblity, we are revisiting DVD-R on occasional short runs, such as Gin's Stick Workout.

VHS - a thing of the past
When covers are printed and titles are duplicated,
they are usually done thousands at a time. But just like cassette
tapes, vhs has now become the dinosaur format. We are no longer ordering any titles in vhs.
