    I love the kettlebell workout DVD! It is the first exercise program that I have really stuck with. It’s fun, it’s easy, and you don’t even realize what a great workout you’re getting…until you can hardly walk the next day1

    I wish there was just one more workout on the DVD…one that put all the moves together without the teaching/training. I’m now at the point I don’t like to slow down/stop at these points, and think I could get a better calorie burn if I could just go straight through.

    Any plans of a new DVD?

    I have been stepping along to Gin’s workouts since the 1996. In 1998, I briefly taught step class at my Cuny college, I was 27 at the time. Now, at 40, and six years after a very serious vehicle accident which left me permanently partially disabled I am facing a wall. I miss my Step. My question- Gin, do you have a modified Step workout, or any workout, that is aimed towards persons with disabilites? My injury is to my right shoulder and cervical spine, heavy lifting and any type of right shoulder motion is out. I’ve tried to Step with my arm immobilized, but it is difficult and very painful. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.
